 Where's My Order?

Depending you your location, your order should arrive within 10 to 20 business days of order placement. This includes our 1-5 day order processing time and product quality check over. Most orders to the United States arrive within 7 to 12 business days. You can track your order via the tracking number provided.

Orders processed during a holiday may incur 1-5 business days extra processing time due to facility closures.

As COVID-19 worker shortages and transportation challenges may cause delays, we encourage your patience in this trying time! Don't worry- we are here for you! If you have not received your order within 20 business days from the day of order placement, we encourage you to message us for resolution!

 

Why Hasn't My Tracking Number Updated?

Sometimes, there may be a delay in the tracking number update of a package-- and it appears your package has gotten stuck in time! Don't worry-- usually this is because of long distance between one shipping facility to the next, or because an item is awaiting customs clearance. Once the item has arrived in the next step of processing and has been scanned, the tracking number should update. If more than 7 days pass without tracking update, you are welcome to reach out to us.  

 

Can I Place A Wholesale Order?

You sure can! Simply e-mail us a list of the items via product page URLS that you are interested in, how many of each item (includes sizes/variations) you would like, and we are happy to offer you a bulk discount. The minimum consideration for wholesale orders is $250. Orders of $500 and up enjoy the largest wholesale discounts. Please remember to read item descriptions thoroughly before placing your wholesale order-- in most cases, wholesale orders are final.
