Refund policy

Refunds: We offer detailed product descriptions, to ensure that our customers receive exactly what they are expecting. We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions about a potential purchase. We will approve a refund if there is a significant problem with the order (such as receiving the wrong item, or an item that is not as described).

Other refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved if the complaint is reasonable (don't worry- we're reasonable people!). If your refund is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You MUST provide a tracking number to us when you ship your item back. Also include a note with your name, e-mail address, and order number inside the package. Your return must arrive in the same condition it was sent in. Any damage or usage will result in deduction from your refund. Please take care in re-packaging fragile items.

Your purchase will refunded within 5-15 business days of us receiving the returned item. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery of your order. 

Exchanges: Please be sure to read the entire item description, and review size charts attached to clothing items before purchasing. Exchanges are available only on a case-by-case basis. If your request for exchange is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, as well as the shipping cost required for us to ship the new item. If the item is returned damaged or used, you will be required to cover the loss in value before your new item will be approved for shipping. If the damage is severe, you will be required to cover the complete cost of the item before your new item can be shipped. To be considered for an exchange, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery of your order.

Cancellations: Sometimes, things change. We understand! We do accept cancellations on orders that have not yet been shipped. We can NOT cancel an order after it has already shipped!
