ATTENTION!: If you select DHL for delivery you MUST provide a phone number to ensure your package can be delivered and is not delayed. Note that DHL deliveries may be subject to additional customs tax payment. As a courtesy, sometimes we are able to select a shipping method of similar speed which does not require a phone number or tax payment dependent on location. We will automatically upgrade you to this option if it is available.

Thank you for helping keep small businesses alive during this trying time! Below we have provided information on our processing times, shipping times, and return info. While we can not guarantee a specific delivery date (due to mail carrier delays), most orders arrive within the parameters outlined below. If you have not received your order within 20 business days, please contact us via our contact page.

We ask that our customers only use reliable and secure shipping addresses for all orders. We are NOT responsible for stolen packages! If the order tracking number confirms that the package arrived at the address provided for the order, we consider the package successfully delivered. Please contact the shipping provider or local authorities if you suspect your package was stolen.

Where We Ship: We currently officially ship to the following countries:

  • The United States
  • Canada
  • The United Kingdom
  • Australia

However, we do have the ability to ship world-wide for most of our items, and we are consistently expanding our available ship-to locations! If you would like an item shipped to a location that we haven't gotten around to adding yet, please send us an email. In most cases, we will be able to add your country to our available locations.

Typical Order Arrival Time: 10 - 15 business days

Order Arrival Time is the total time it usually takes from the time you place the order, to when it arrives at its final destination. Understand that this is an estimate based on our store's usual delivery time history. We reiterate that we cannot be held accountable for shipping delays not caused by our company. For your convenience, we have broken this time down into steps, outlined below.

Order Processing Time: 1 - 5 business days

Shipping Time: After your order has processed and shipped, please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for arrival, dependent on your location.

Delays: Rarely, an extenuating circumstance will create an unusual delay in order processing. Usually, this is related to delays with the shipping service, due to worker shortages, shutdowns, or other restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Sometimes, holiday closures may delay shipment processing on our end. If we must delay your order on our end, we will contact you to confirm it will not be problematic. On rare occasion, there may be an issue with your order which requires a response from you before proceeding- in which case, the order may be delayed until we receive a response to our message. So please check your e-mail! If the delay poses a significant issue, we are happy to discuss potential resolutions. 

Holidays: If you order is being processed during a holiday, please allow 1-5 additional business days of processing time, due to facility closures.
